Terms and Conditions of Azzam Watches
Welcome to Azzam Watches Platform, specializing in the buying and selling of luxury watches. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the platform.
Article One: Definitions
1. Platform: The Azzam Watches website and mobile applications
2. Seller: The individual or legal entity registered to sell watches
3. Buyer: The individual or legal entity registered to purchase watches
4. Transaction: Successful sale conducted through the platform
Article Two: Commissions and Fees
1. Sales commission: 18% of total transaction value (including price and shipping) in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
2. Additional fees:
- Listing fee: 200 EGP per watch
- Authentication fee: 500 EGP for watches above 50,000 EGP
- Electronic payment fee: 3% of transaction value
Article Three: Seller Obligations
1. Proof of authenticity:
- Original certified certificate
- Original purchase invoice
- Warranty record if available
2. Listing requirements:
- Minimum 5 high-quality images
- Accurate specifications description
- Disclosure of any defects
3. Shipping: Within 3 working days with secure packaging
Article Four: Buyer Protection
1. Return policy:
- No returns after sale in this case as we cannot force the seller to refund
- Resale and remarketing possible according to terms
2. Warranty: Against hidden defects for 7 days (excludes misuse)
Article Five: Payment Methods
1. Available options:
- Bank transfer
- Vodafone Cash and Fawry
- InstaPay
- ValU
- Various installment apps and banks
- Cash on delivery (maximum 20,000 EGP)
2. Special conditions:
- 36-month installments via ValU (additional 2% fee)
- Maximum 50,000 EGP for InstaPay
Article Six: Prohibitions
- Selling counterfeit or stolen watches
- Price manipulation
Article Seven: Dispute Resolution
1. Resolution process:
- Investigation within 5 working days
- Arbitration committee decision is final
2. Responsibilities:
- Seller bears costs of disputes resulting from misinformation
Article Eight: General Provisions
1. Subject to Egyptian laws
2. Platform reserves right to modify terms with prior notice
